This externally examined unit covered the following learning aims:
• investigate online services and online communication
• investigate components of the internet and how digital devices exchange and store information
• investigate issues with operating online.
The entire Online World unit was extremely impressive. When I first entered the course, I had a massive ego and believed that I already knew everything that there was to know about IT as a whole. I was wrong. I ended up learning so much that I could only sit there and laugh at how egotistical I was when I first joined the course.
